Site Supervisor (Civil)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor construction work to ensure quality and adherence to drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors on-site
• Maintain daily reports on work progress, material usage, and manpower
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations
• Check and verify measurements for billing and work certification
• Handle material inventory and requisition of construction materials
• Ensure timely completion of tasks as per schedule
• Liaise with engineers, architects, and project managers as required

Key Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of civil construction techniques and processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site layouts
• Good leadership and people management skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp reporting)
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards

Qualification:

• Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• 10th / 12th pass candidates with relevant site experience may also apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
