Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee site operations, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential problems, and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (building construction).
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, including building construction methods and materials science.
Proven track record of successful site supervision or management experience.
