Site Coordinator – Renewable Energy (Solar Projects)

We are a fast-growing company in the renewable energy sector, with a strong portfolio of government solar plant installations across India. Our mission is to promote clean and sustainable energy through quality execution, compliance, and innovation. We are currently looking for a dedicated Site Coordinator to join our team and help manage on-site activities for solar power projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities for solar project installations.
• Ensure that work is executed as per approved designs, drawings, and project timelines.
• Liaise between project management, contractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor manpower and material availability and report daily progress to the Site Incharge/Project Manager.
• Assist in commissioning, inspection, and testing of solar power systems.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards as per project and government guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation including daily reports, checklists, inspection records, and material usage logs.
• Support in handling logistics, permits, and government inspections as required.
• Identify on-site issues and escalate them promptly to the concerned team.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE or EE) or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in solar project execution preferred (Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply).
• Basic understanding of solar PV systems, components, and electrical drawings.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and site supervision practices.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote project locations.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in government solar projects (e.g., MNRE, SECI, state tenders).
• Knowledge of solar PV installation tools and quality inspection procedures.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and site reporting tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
