Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience: 1-2 years Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible accounts person for managing daily financial transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. 1. Financial Record-Keeping & Data Entry:  Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.  Record daily transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses.  Reconcile bank statements with company records. 2. Accounts Payable & Receivable:  Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements.  Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on payments.  Maintain vendor and client payment records. 3. Tax & Compliance Support:  Assist in preparing GST, and other tax filings.  Ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations.  Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory checks. 4. Expense Management:  Process employee salaries and reimbursements.  Maintain records of payroll deductions and statutory payments.  Track and report business expenses. 5. Financial Reporting & Analysis:  Assist in preparing financial reports like profit & loss statements.  Provide data for budgeting and forecasting activities.  Help in cost analysis and identifying areas for savings. 6. Coordination & Communication  Coordinate with banks, vendors, and clients for payment processing. Work with auditors and senior accountants to ensure accurate reporting.  Support management with financial data and reports.
