Job Summary: The Centre Manager is responsible for the overall administration, sales, academic delivery, and team leadership of the MAAC Centre. The role involves achieving business targets, ensuring high-quality training, driving student engagement and satisfaction, managing operational efficiency, and leading a motivated team to ensure consistent growth and brand integrity. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales Drive student enrolments and meet monthly revenue targets. Implement local marketing strategies (offline & online) to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Build and manage relationships with schools, colleges, and industry partners for business growth. Academic Oversight Ensure timely batch delivery with qualified faculty and updated curriculum. Monitor academic quality, student attendance, and feedback to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Organize industry workshops, seminars, and events to enrich student learning. Team Leadership Recruit, train, and supervise faculty, counselors, and administrative staff. Set clear KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings. Promote a positive work environment with a strong focus on goals and collaboration. Centre Operations & Compliance Oversee day-to-day centre operations ensuring smooth academic and administrative functioning. Ensure proper infrastructure maintenance (systems, software, studio equipment, etc Maintain compliance with corporate policies, safety norms, and audit standards.
