JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Office & Home Manager – Administration Location: Ramesh Nagar, Delhi Experience: Minimum 5-7 Years We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Office & Home Manager (Administration) to oversee and manage daily operational, administrative, and facility-related functions at both our office and residential premises. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and able to independently manage a wide range of responsibilities, including coordination with vendors, technicians, and support staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage day-to-day administrative operations at both office and residential premises. 2. Coordinate with technicians for: •* AC servicing & repair* •* DG Set maintenance* •* Electrical and plumbing issues* •* General maintenance and repairs* 3. Ensure smooth functioning of all office systems, assets, and infrastructure. 4. Handle field-related tasks such as: •* Visiting banks and government offices* •* Overseeing car servicing and repairs* •* Coordinating delivery or collection of official items/documents* 5. Maintain records of service schedules, expenses, and vendor agreements. 6. Supervise housekeeping, support staff, and drivers to ensure timely completion of assigned duties. 7. Assist in vendor management including service agreements, follow-ups, and timely payments. 8. Prepare and maintain petty cash reports, utility bills, and maintenance logs. 9. Ensure compliance with office policies and protocols. 10. Act as a liaison between management and staff for smooth communication and execution. Candidate Profile Required: Educational Qualification: •* Graduate from a reputed college/university.* Experience and Skill Set Required: 1. 5–7 years of experience in a similar administrative/operations role. 2. Must have excellent coordination and problem-solving skills. 3. Should be proficient in basic MS Office (Word, Excel, Email). 4. Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision. 5. Strong leadership and managerial skills to supervise support staff effectively. 6. Good verbal and written communication skills. Other Requirements: 1.
