We are looking for a skilled and proactive GeM Tender Executive with experience in the Audio-Visual (AV) industry to manage the end-to-end bidding process on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant AV tenders, preparing technical and financial documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful and timely bid submissions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and track relevant tender opportunities on government and institutional procurement portals Study tender documents, analyse eligibility criteria, terms & conditions, and coordinate internal approvals Prepare, compile, and submit technical and commercial bids within the deadline Coordinate with procurement, sales, QA/QC, and finance departments for document collection and approvals Ensure timely submission of EMDs, tender fees, and other statutory requirements Follow up on tender results, participate in price negotiations, and handle documentation post-award Maintain detailed records of tenders submitted, pending, won/lost with analysis Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines for all submitted tenders Handle renewals, amendments, and empanelment procedures with institutions Act as the key liaison between the company and tender authorities Requirements: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Audio Visual tenders Graduate/Postgraduate degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field Strong understanding of public procurement processes and compliance standards Familiarity with GeM Portal.
