As a startup with big dreams, we are building a team of innovators who want to shape the future of kids’ fashion with an eye on export and scalability. Role OverviewWe are looking for a Product Manager who can drive product strategy and execution with startup agility, market insight, and a clear vision for international growth. In this role, you’ll work across design, logistics, marketing, and client strategy to deliver creative, functional fashion products and digital experiences for kids and their parents—while also preparing the brand for export and international expansion. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and manage the product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—with a focus on scalable, export-ready offerings. Export Readiness: Coordinate packaging, compliance, labeling, and logistics with export regulations in mind, particularly for key target markets (e.g., u.a.e african nations Middle East,) Customer & Market Insight: Conduct market research in both local and international markets to identify trends, cultural considerations, and growth opportunities in kids' fashion. Startup Collaboration: Work closely with founders, stylists, designers, and marketing teams to iterate quickly, test new ideas, and pivot based on feedback. Vendor & Supply Chain Management: Liaise with manufacturers, packaging vendors, and export partners to ensure timely, cost-effective production and delivery. Digital Product Integration: Partner with tech teams to enhance our platform or app offerings that deliver styling and product recommendations digitally. Data & Feedback Loops: Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and international market trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications3–5+ years of experience in product management, fashion, or consumer goods—ideally in a startup or fast-moving environment. Knowledge of international trade/export basics, especially in fashion or lifestyle products. Passion for kids’ fashion and design with a strong sense of visual and user experience standards. Proven experience managing product timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams. Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills. Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-changing environments. Bonus PointsExperience launching products in global markets. Background in fashion design, merchandising, or creative direction. Familiarity with Shopify, Figma, or supply chain management tools. Fluency in a second language (gujratri, marathi). Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with proven expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, and SEO. This role will be central to scaling our digital presence, generating quality leads, and driving customer acquisition through paid and organic channels.
