Responsible for assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the warehouse runs efficiently. Their key tasks include Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate department. Managing correspondence such as emails, letters, and packages, including outside work of necessary purchase of required materials. Must be familiar with computer online tracking, delivery schedules and bookings. Role & responsibilities Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of goods and materials. Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment. Follow safety guidelines to ensure the proper handling of goods and maintain a hazard-free workspace. Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring careful handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Perform all other related duties as assigned. Preferred candidate profile Experience : 2 to 3 years Education : Any Degree Desired Skills & Experience Good interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to work effectively with other team members Should have basic knowledge of computers. Experience working with E-Com, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing or any product-based company is preferred Proficient in spoken and written English Experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar roll.
