Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Export Manager at SHINI Plastics Technologies India Pvt Ltd in Pune. The role focuses on international sales, market expansion, and client relationship management in overseas markets. The candidate will be responsible for developing export sales strategies, managing international clients, identifying new business opportunities abroad, and ensuring compliance with global trade regulations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies for international markets. Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in foreign countries. Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and distributors. Conduct market research to understand international market trends and customer needs. Manage the entire export sales process, including negotiations, pricing, and contract management. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and legal requirements. Collaborate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and finance to streamline export operations.
