The ideal candidate should have prior experience in QSR management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency and quality service. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance and morale. Customer Experience: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure excellent service delivery. Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and minimize wastage. Sales & Targets: Work towards achieving daily sales goals and implementing upselling strategies. Cash & Billing Management: Handle cash transactions, reconcile end-of-shift reports, and ensure proper financial documentation.
