Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, STP/WTP, DG sets, fire protection, and lift systems during the shift.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of all critical equipment.
Troubleshoot breakdowns and emergency maintenance issues to minimize downtime.
Ensure all utility systems (water, electricity, gas, etc.) function efficiently.
Supervise and allocate work to on-duty technicians, electricians, and plumbing staff.
Allocate and monitor work assignments to the team as per the preventive maintenance schedule.
Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and safety protocols.
Provide training and technical guidance to maintenance personnel.
Maintain logs of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and shift handovers.
Document incident reports, equipment performance data, and service requests.
Prepare daily shift reports and escalate critical issues to senior management.
Other responsibilities assigned by your reporting manager.
