Sharepoint Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Quality Standards, Regulatory Requirements and company policies while managing sharepoint environments and operations.
• Provide advanced support for complex incidents escalated by Analysts, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions to resolve technical and security issues in Sharepoint.
• Manage and update the knowledge base related to Sharepoint Administration, contributing to knowledge transfer and training initiatives for new team members.
• Resolve complex tickets related to Sharepoint within agreed SLAs, collaborating with cross-functional support teams to ensure seamless operations and maintain security posture.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and high Csat through effective first call resolution strategies, minimizing rejected resolutions and re-open cases while addressing and mitigating potential security threats.
  

Skill Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in sharepoint administration, including site collection management, user permissions, and security configurations.
• Strong understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis techniques in a sharepoint environment.
• Familiarity with knowledge management practices and training methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide technical guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Microsoft Certified: Sharepoint Administrator Associate (Optional But Valuable)
• ITIL Foundation Certification (Optional But Valuable)
