We're looking for a Sales Lead who can independently drive our B2B sales engine — through telesales, online demos, and on-ground meetings. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You’ll be the face of Shareplay to prospective customers, managing the complete sales lifecycle, building a predictable pipeline, and shaping our go-to-market playbook. At Shareplay, we’re revolutionizing how sports businesses operate. From academy enrolments and payments to bookings and athlete management, our powerful platform helps sports academies, schools, and venues run like clockwork. We’re already working with customers across multiple cities and growing fast. We're looking for someone with 4–6 years of experience selling B2B software — ideally SaaS or edtech. You should be comfortable handling the full sales cycle on your own: prospecting, pitching, following up, and closing. Sales at Shareplay is a mix of telesales, online demos, and in-person meetings depending on the region. If you’ve sold to schools, coaching centers, or sports businesses before, that’s a definite advantage. You’ll also be managing a small but capable sales and support team — the goal is to bring more structure and improve overall performance. Title: Telecaller Company: Shareplay Location: Chennai Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic software Tele Sales to join our sales team at Shareplay. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up demos of our sports management software for sports academies, and venues across India. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive and professional demeanor, and a passion for sports and technology. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from a given database to introduce Shareplay's software solutions. Clearly and effectively explain the features and benefits of our software to prospects. Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding the needs and pain points of potential customers. Schedule product demos for the sales team with qualified leads. Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and detailed information about calls and leads. Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and build relationships. Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and demos. Stay up-to-date with our product offerings and the latest industry trends. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or in a similar sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and at least one regional language (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Telugu). Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. A passion for sports and an interest in technology is a plus.
