Job Description

Job Overview:

ServiceNow Architect

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable solutions/architectures for

    ITSM, FSM, WSD, CMDB, and HRSD

    on ServiceNow using industry best practices.
  • Lead and participate in

    requirement gathering, effort estimation, and client interactions

    for various projects.
  • Manage and implement

    ITSM/HRSD/FSM projects

    , including integrations with third-party tools.
  • Work on

    ServiceNow proposals

    , providing strategic insights and technical recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain

    ITSM & CMDB modules

    , including

    Incident Management (IM), Problem Management (PM), Change Management (CM), Knowledge Management (KM), Request Management (RM), and Service Catalog

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    ServiceNow development

    , including:
  • Client Scripts & Server Scripts
  • Notifications
  • Inbound & Outbound Email Integrations
  • Workflows & Flow Designer
  • Evaluate and adopt

    new ServiceNow features

    to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Design and implement

    API integrations

    with external systems.
  • Manage

    ServiceNow upgrades, Next Experience, Employee Center, and Workspaces

    .
  • Work with

    Integration Hub orchestrations

    to automate processes efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain

    high-level (HLD) and low-level (LLD) design documents

    , as well as other technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, demonstrating strong

    interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills

    .
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex

    technical issues

    , ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Lead teams, mentor junior developers, and

    work independently

    when required.
  • Follow

    Agile methodologies

    for project execution and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in

    ServiceNow architecture, design, and development

    .
  • Proven track record in implementing and managing

    ITSM, FSM, HRSD, and ITOM

    applications.
  • Strong

    troubleshooting and analytical skills

    with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent

    written and verbal communication skills

    , capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently or in a team-oriented environment.

Good to Have (Optional but Preferred):

  • Experience with

    IT Asset Management (ITAM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Legal Service Delivery (LSD)

    .
