About the Role:

Senior Executive Government Service Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with existing government and PSU customers to
secure AMC, renewals and ensure continuous service coverage
.
Identify and pitch new product opportunities
based on installed base and site requirements at existing customer locations.
Build strong relationships with procurement officials, engineers, and decision-makers in key government departments and local bodies.
Share quotations, follow up for approvals,
negotiate, and close AMC and product deals through appropriate government channels
(direct, GeM, rate contracts, etc.).
Monitor and respond to relevant tenders via GEM, CPPP, NIC, and other platforms where applicable.
Coordinate with internal departments (service, operations, finance, and technical) to ensure smooth execution of signed contracts.
Maintain and update sales tracking tools and ensure reporting accuracy on leads, proposals, and closures.
Ensure complete compliance with public procurement norms, pricing structures, and documentation standards.

Key Requirements:

36 years of experience in
government/PSU sales
, preferably in
services, AMCs, or technical products
Sound understanding of AMC models and installed base management
Familiarity with GEM and other government tendering portals
Excellent verbal and written communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and timelines in a structured manner

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in
cleantech, emission control, engineering services
, or related B2B sectors
Understanding of
public budgeting cycles, empanelment, and rate contract processes
Fluency in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus)
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
