As a Senior Consultant in IT Application Management at Chain IQ, your role will involve providing high-quality IT Service Management services in a structured, professional, and consistent manner. Your primary objective will be to ensure the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of sourcing and procurement applications within the organization. Working as a part of the vibrant Digital Operations and Transformation team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the capabilities of the Indirect Procurement platform. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with business units, IT teams, and process owners to identify and maintain service activities aligned with business needs, providing production support for Indirect Procurement applications, overseeing Change, Release, Testing, and Capacity management, and gaining expert-level experience with Chain IQ P2P & S2C applications. To excel in this role, you should hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study and have at least six years of experience delivering complex IT services. Proficiency in low-code/no-code platforms, SQL data analysis, API-driven integrations, and investigation skills is essential. Excellent communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and prior experience with applications such as Outsystems, ServiceNow, and MS Azure are desired.
