Key Responsibilities: Perform assembly, soldering, and rework of PCBs according to specifications and quality standards. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electronic circuits and PCB assemblies to identify faults and defects. Use testing equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and function generators, to verify the performance of electronic components. Document test results, repairs, and modifications made to PCBs for quality assurance purposes. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly processes and resolve technical issues. Provide technical support and training to production staff on PCB assembly and testing procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and quality protocols. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 1 to 2 years of experience in PCB testing, assembly, and soldering. Strong understanding of electronic components, circuit design, and PCB layouts. Proficiency in soldering techniques and experience with hand tools and equipment used in PCB assembly. Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
