Role & responsibilities Proficient in operating and servicing various types of paver machines Strong knowledge of paver components, controls, and systems Skilled in routine and preventive maintenance, including inspections and minor repairs Experienced in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults Familiar with asphalt and concrete paving techniques and quality control measures Knowledge of safety standards, PPE usage, and regulatory compliance on job sites Effective communication and teamwork abilities Attention to detail, reliability, and strong problem-solving skills Ability to interpret construction plans and technical documentation Physically fit for manual labor and equipment operation Capable of maintaining accurate maintenance records and reports Flexible and adaptable to changing work conditions and schedules Preferred candidate profile
