Service Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Vehicle Diagnostics and Repairs: - Perform diagnostic tests to identify and rectify issues related to EV components, systems, and software. - Conduct repairs on electric drivetrains, batteries, charging systems, and other EV-related components. - Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot complex problems and ensure timely resolution.

2. Preventive Maintenance: - Execute routine maintenance procedures to ensure the longevity and efficiency of EVs. - Inspect and maintain EV battery systems, cooling systems, electrical connections, and other critical components. - Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and report any findings or recommendations for improvements.

3. Customer Support: - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests related to vehicle performance and maintenance. - Offer technical assistance and guidance to EV owners, both remotely and in-person, ensuring a positive ownership experience.

4. Technical Documentation: - Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including repair manuals, service procedures, and troubleshooting guides. - Contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team to enhance overall service efficiency.

5. Field Support: - Perform on-site visits for diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance as needed. - Collaborate with the field service team to ensure effective problem resolution and customer satisfaction.

6. Continuous Learning: - Stay up to date with the latest advancements in electric vehicle technology and industry trends. - Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
