a Service Engineer (on third party payroll), who has experience in technical services and field service support, and familiarity with service documentation.

Service Engineer Technical Services and customer support is responsible for the overall technical services in the region for cost effective and top-notch customer satisfaction, which entails coordination with Service Manager and the customer for technical support, service, parts supplies and consumables, training, warranty and other support, in addition to optimized costs of service and building service revenues.

Main

• Manage services and support for fast efficient and cost-effective service delivery
• Maintain and improve speed and quality of services delivered, measured by the response times, resolutions times, first call efficiency, compliance with maintenance schedules, minimal repeat calls and minimal intervention requirement and training customers for effective and maximal usage of our products
• Coordinate with service managers, product management teams, logistics for proper documented and smooth movement of parts and consumables.
• Organize periodic training and review applicable skills for customer’s staff
• Revenue generation through AMC contracts, parts and consumables

INTERNAL: This role will be working closely with colleagues from across all functions such as Sales teams, operations, customer service.

EXTERNAL: This role will be closely working with multiple external stakeholders

B.

• Should have experience in technical services and field services at customer site. Needs to be accustomed to short notice travel and 15 plus days of travel a month. Familiarity with service documentation and service tools is a plus
• 0 to 2 years of total experience in field services in any electromechanical devices. Medical or associated devices is preferred
• A streak of salesmanship is desired
