Job Title: IT Service Desk Executive (Voice Process) - Call /Whats app : 7420010192/200 Job Summary: We are seeking IT Service Desk Executives to join our team, handling technical queries and issues via voice support. Freshers and experienced candidates from technical or customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues. 2. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior teams when necessary. 3. Customer Service : Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and building trust. 4. Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issue resolutions, and escalations. 5. Process Adherence : Follow established processes and procedures to ensure efficient issue resolution. Requirements (Fresher Candidates): 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (technical background preferred). 2. Skills: - Basic technical knowledge (hardware, software). - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to learn and adapt quickly. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Requirements (Experienced Candidates): 1. Experience: 1+ years of experience in IT service desk or customer support. 2. Skills: - Advanced technical knowledge (hardware, software, networking). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Experience with ticketing tools.
