SEO Team Lead

As an SEO Team Lead at Shamoor Media Group in Gurugram, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing advanced SEO strategies to enhance traffic, rankings, and ROI for our clients. With over 500 Crore in advertising campaigns completed for renowned brands in the last 12 years, we are seeking a talented individual to lead our SEO team towards achieving exceptional results. Your responsibilities will include conducting competitor analysis, keyword research, and identifying opportunities to enhance organic visibility. You will stay updated on algorithm changes, industry tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the digital marketing landscape. Additionally, you will mentor team members, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely project delivery. To excel in this role, you must possess hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. Your leadership and mentorship skills will be instrumental in guiding the team towards achieving key performance indicators. You should be adept at interpreting complex data, generating actionable insights, and effectively solving problems. Excellent communication skills are essential for managing client relationships and expectations. As an ideal candidate, you will have at least 5 years of experience in SEO, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. Any graduate with a strong knowledge and passion for the digital marketing domain is eligible to apply. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this role. Working at Shamoor Media Group, you will collaborate with account managers, PPC, social media, and content teams to align SEO strategies with broader marketing goals. Your role will involve delivering detailed performance reports, presenting insights and recommendations, and responding to client queries to ensure alignment of expectations with achievable results.
