Role & responsibilities We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to boost our visibility and generate qualified leads from US and European markets . You'll develop and execute SEO strategies to position our BPO services on the first page of Google for relevant buyer-intent keywords. Preferred candidate profile Conduct in-depth keyword research targeting US & EU B2B buyers searching for outsourcing services Optimize website architecture, on-page content, internal linking, and meta-data Develop and implement a high-quality content SEO strategy (blogs, landing pages, FAQs, etc.) Build quality backlinks via guest posts, niche directories, PR, etc. Track and improve domain authority , keyword rankings, and organic traffic Work closely with content writers, web developers, and marketing teams Analyze competitors and create quarterly SEO action plans Monitor performance using Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, or Ahrefs Skills and Requirements Proven success in SEO for B2B service companies (outsourcing/BPO/KPO/SaaS is a big plus) Hands-on experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Deep understanding of buyer intent, long-tail keyword strategy , and lead-gen SEO Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console Knowledge of schema markup, page speed and Core Web Vitals Strong communication and reporting skills Experience targeting North American and European business audiences Understanding of LinkedIn SEO or integration with content marketing
