Required Skills & Experience 5 to 7 years of hands-on SEO experiencepreferably in a marketing agency environment Proven track record of improving organic visibility and driving measurable results Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. Good understanding of CMS (WordPress), HTML/CSS, and SEO-friendly development Strong analytical skills—comfortable with data-driven decision-making and insight generation Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities Roles & Responsibilities Develop, execute, and optimize full-funnel SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page) Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive audits, and site performance analysis Identify and fix technical SEO issues (crawlability, site speed, structure) with dev teams Plan and lead link-building initiatives and backlink profile enhancements Collaborate cross-functionally with content creators, designers, developers, and PPC teams Track key SEO metrics (rankings, CTR, traffic, conversions); prepare client-ready reports and presentations Mentor and guide junior SEO specialists; manage priorities across multiple client accounts Stay updated on industry best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO trends
