SEO Expert

Responsibilities:

• Take complete ownership of SEO campaigns from planning to execution, including setting KPIs, monitoring progress, and reporting results
• Design and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience needs
• Lead technical SEO initiatives including site architecture optimization, crawlability improvements, and performance enhancements
• Develop and implement advanced on-page SEO strategies including content optimization, off-page and technical SEO part
• Manage off-page SEO efforts including link building, digital PR, and authority building campaigns
• Drive lead generation through organic search optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Conduct bimonthly technical SEO audits, website reports and implement solutions for identified issues
• Analyze website architecture and implement improvements for better search performance and user experience
• Create and optimize content strategies based on keyword research, user intent, and market trends
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics and more
• Provide strategic recommendations for website improvements based on data analysis

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in team and independently
• Strong project management skills with proven ability to own and drive initiatives independently
• Expertise in technical SEO, CRO, Lead Generation
• Proven experience in website architecture optimization and CRO
• Proficiency in SEO tools
• Experience in developing and implementing content strategies
• Track record of improving organic search visibility and driving lead generation
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
• Capable of balancing technical expertise with business objectives
• Good in communication and experienced in mentoring team members and sharing SEO best practices
• Education- Bachelors/Masters preferred
