You’ll collaborate with IDs and SMEs to create videos, infographics, and interactive sequences that engage and educate. Key Responsibilities Translate storyboards into polished on-screen visuals. Design motion graphics and animations for instructional videos (2D/animated). Craft infographics, icons, and visual aids that simplify complex content. Produce, edit, and finalize video assets suited for corporate learning. Could you make sure brand consistency across eLearning modules? Partner with IDs, SMEs, and developers during the project’s full lifecycle. Stay ahead of visual design and motion trends to elevate course quality. Required Skills & Experience Strong interpretive skills: grasp storyboards and content narratives. Proficient in motion design: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop. Experience visualizing and executing graphic assets for learning. Familiarity with eLearning module creation and authoring tools. Exceptional attention to detail and inventive mindset. Excellent communicator, able to collaborate in remote/team settings. Proven ability to manage time and meet deadlines independently. Degree or certification in Visual Design, Motion Graphics, or related domain. Nice-to-Have Previous experience in corporate eLearning or instructional design.
