Senior Visualizer

As a Senior Visualizer at our Pune location, you will be an integral part of our team, bringing your highly creative and detail-oriented approach to the table. Your role will require a strong visual imagination, a deep understanding of branding, and the ability to translate concepts into visually captivating designs. Collaborating closely with copywriters, art directors, and account managers, you will play a crucial role in bringing brand stories to life across various mediums. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing and implementing creative designs for branding, digital campaigns, print ads, social media, and outdoor media. You will be tasked with transforming briefs into impactful visual ideas that resonate with the brand's identity and target audience. Additionally, you will work alongside the copy, strategy, and client servicing teams to develop comprehensive campaign ideas, taking ownership of design output while ensuring high-quality execution within set timelines. As a Senior Visualizer, you will also have the opportunity to guide junior designers/visualizers, providing creative direction as needed. It will be essential to stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques, actively incorporating fresh ideas into your work. Working across multiple brands and sectors, you will be responsible for maintaining their unique visual languages. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Degree/Diploma in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field, along with at least 4-6 years of experience in a creative agency or design studio. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is a must, as well as a strong portfolio showcasing your campaign work, branding projects, digital creatives, and visual storytelling skills. Your keen eye for visual and aesthetic elements, including typography, layout, and color balance, will be highly valued, along with your ability to think conceptually and execute creatively under tight deadlines. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for this role. While not mandatory, it would be beneficial if you have experience with motion graphics or basic animation/video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro), knowledge of UI/UX principles for web and app layouts, and experience working on 360 campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital).
