Job Title: Senior Visualizer Experience Required: 10+ Years Location: Chennai Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Visualizer with a strong agency background and a proven track record of crafting high-impact visuals for FMCG brands. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, design mastery, and consumer insight, with the ability to elevate brand presence across print, packaging, digital, and video platforms. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end visual execution of integrated campaigns (print, digital, video, packaging, and more). Collaborate on content writing for business presentations, brand decks, and marketing communication materials to support strategic storytelling. Translate creative concepts into compelling visual experiences aligned with brand tone and consumer behavior. Provide strategic direction and mentorship to junior visualizers and designers. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, design systems, and templates for long-term consistency. Present creative concepts and visual narratives confidently to internal teams and clients. Stay ahead of design trends, AI tools, and visual technologies to ensure innovation and competitive edge. Desired Skills & Experience: 10+ years of design experience in leading creative agencies or brand consultancies, with strong FMCG exposure. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere). Strong command of motion graphics, digital storytelling, and multi-channel campaign design. Deep understanding of branding, typography, layout, packaging design, and consumer psychology. Impressive portfolio demonstrating high-impact brand campaigns across formats. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with efficiency and attention to detail. Bonus Skills: Prompt engineering for AI tools adept at crafting effective prompts for marketing communication, image generation, and video creation using AI platforms like Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, etc. UI/UX design skills using tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Experience in photography or video direction. Exposure to real estate, FMCG, retail, or lifestyle brand creatives. Qualifications: Bachelor or Masters degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related creative field. Strong portfolio demonstrating multichannel brand campaigns, FMCG work, and strategic visual storytelling.
