Job Title: Senior Visual Merchandiser Company Name: Chaudhari Lifestyle Department: Visual Merchandising Location: Nagpur Experience Level: 10+ years in Visual Merchandising Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Visual Merchandiser to lead the execution of in-store visual merchandising strategies and ensure the brands visual identity is consistently represented across all retail locations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong creative vision, hands-on experience in apparel merchandising, and a data-driven approach to drive customer engagement and sales. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement seasonal visual merchandising strategies in alignment with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines. Oversee window displays, in-store layouts, mannequin styling, and point-of-sale (POS) presentation across stores. Coordinate with buying, marketing, and retail operations teams to ensure timely and effective product launches and promotions. Lead the visual merchandising team and provide training and guidance to store VM staff. Analyse store performance and customer behaviour to improve VM strategies. Ensure consistent execution of brand aesthetics across all store formats (flagships, outlets, pop-ups, etc.). Create and maintain VM guidelines, planograms, and styling manuals. Conduct regular store visits and audits to evaluate VM execution and provide actionable feedback. Stay current with fashion and design trends to keep the brand’s presentation competitive and forward-thinking. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, Interior Design Minimum 10 years of experience in visual merchandising, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role. Strong background in apparel retail, preferably in a multi-brand or international setting. Proven experience in conceptualizing and executing seasonal window displays and in-store layouts. Proficient in design and presentation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD). Key Skills: Strong sense of fashion, aesthetics, and commercial awareness.
