Senior UX Designer

Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a creative and user-focusedUX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences across digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance usability and align with business goals. Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Translate business and user requirements into elegant, intuitive designs. Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency. Use data and feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience. Maintain design systems and ensure adherence to UX/UI standards and accessibility guidelines. Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. Drive/lead an initiative with minimal guidance/direction Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 10+ years of experience in UX design or a related role. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams Preferred technical and professional experience Experience designing for enterprise applications. Experience in carbon design system is a plus Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end frameworks is a plus. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.Narendra
