Senior UI/UX Designer Overview

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at our company, you will be an integral part of our Frontend Design team, utilizing your expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator. With 3 to 5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, you will be responsible for leading UI/UX design for both web and mobile applications. Your main responsibilities will include creating wireframes, prototypes, and responsive interfaces, conducting user research to enhance user experiences, collaborating with various teams, and continuously improving design processes and methodologies. Your strong portfolio should demonstrate your design process, creativity, and problem-solving skills. In addition to proficiency in design tools and an understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript, you should also have experience with Agile/Scrum, design systems, basic front-end development, and team leadership. This role will require you to work from our office in Indore, MP, with the potential for on-site work in locations across India and globally.
