Job Title: Senior UI Designer Enterprise Applications Position Summary We are looking for a Senior UI Designer with deep expertise in designing intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences for enterprise-grade applications . This role combines strong design execution with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring UI designers and collaborating closely with architects, product managers, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate brings a blend of creative vision, user-centered design thinking, and technical understanding to craft experiences that drive usability and business value across complex workflows and systems. Key Responsibilities Enterprise UI Design & Execution Lead the design of modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces for enterprise web applications and complex user workflows. Translate business requirements and user needs into polished wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, design specs, and interactive prototypes. Create scalable UI patterns and design systems that ensure visual and functional consistency across the product suite. Team Leadership & Mentorship Provide design direction and mentorship to a team of UI designers, fostering a high standard of design craft and collaboration. Conduct regular design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support career development within the design team. Champion design best practices, tools, and processes that improve team productivity and product quality. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product managers to align design outcomes with business priorities and user goals. Partner with architects and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy. Collaborate with UX researchers and analysts to gather insights and validate design decisions through user feedback. Design Systems & Process Improvement Evolve and maintain the design system, UI components, and reusable templates for consistent execution by development teams. Promote cross-team alignment by documenting design standards and contributing to shared guidelines and tooling. Drive continuous improvement in design quality, delivery timelines, and integration into agile workflows. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UI/UX Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related field. 7+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise UI design excellence. Expertise in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD , and prototyping tools like InVision, Axure , or Framer . Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to ensure effective collaboration with engineering. Proven experience designing data-rich, workflow-driven, or dashboard-centric enterprise applications . Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Demonstrated ability to influence product direction and deliver high-impact, user-friendly solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience in industries such as finance, telecom, healthcare, or SaaS platforms. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and internationalization/localization. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and design delivery in CI/CD environments. Understanding of or experience working with component libraries (e.g., Material UI, Chakra UI, Tailwind).
