The incumbent is responsible for planning, deploying, and managing the testing effort for any given engagement /release. The incumbent defines the scope of testing within the context of each release /delivery.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:2-5 years of Testing Experience Good Communication, articulation skills and assertivenessAbility to manage multiple stakeholders Certification in Automation tools (preferred)Experience in BFSI/Telecom domain/as per requirement will be an added advantageShould be able to drive processes and adherenceKnowledge of Agile methodology Ability to manage a small team Knowledge of reporting wherever needed_KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:1.Plays a critical/lead role in coordination with Application team for creating test design framework as per RTM2.Creates/updates Test Data for Automation Test cases3.Performs SIT & UAT Test Execution and oversees the test execution of the Junior TE s 4.Selects the applicable Regression Tests and Test cases suitable for automation considering automation selection criteria5.Reports defects & follows up with Developers / BA / IT for defect fixation with defect ageing tracking SLA6.Provides Test Results walkthrough to stakeholders for Sign off.7.Creates, maintains Test Assets and Repository8.Assists Team lead in driving testing best practices through regular knowledge sharing sessions9.Documentation for Project Including Test Planning, Execution, Defect Reporting10.Ensures regular communication with test lead on any issue that may impact quality, schedule, or budget of the project.11.Manages timesheets of team/self and ensures ac
