Senior Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and implementation of complex systems and solutions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, security, and operations to define architecture standards.
  
• Create high-level design documents, architectural blueprints, and technology roadmaps.
  
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure architecture.
  
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
  
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends; integrate best practices into architecture strategy.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Architecture (for construction), or related field.
  
• 15 to 19 years of experience in a technical architect or lead engineering role.
  
• Strong understanding of [relevant technology stack e.g., cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP, microservices, data architecture, DevOps].
  
• Experience with enterprise-level systems and large-scale solution design.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; capable of articulating complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or PMP.
  
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Prior experience in a customer-facing or client advisory role.
