Senior Tax Manager

As a Senior Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing tax operations for PCS (Private Client Services) clients, particularly small and medium-sized businesses. Your primary focus will be on US Partnership Tax & Corporate Tax, handling forms such as 1065, 1120S, and 1120 in compliance with US Tax Law. To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 7 years of experience working with PCS clients and possess either a CPA, CA, or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of progressive experience in US/Global taxation. A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is also required. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and managing tax returns, as well as supporting work papers. You will need to ensure compliance with various forms such as 1065, 1120S, and 1120, along with Schedules K-1, K-2, and K-3. Moreover, you will be handling state and local tax compliances, international filing compliances, and any additional forms as per client requirements. It is essential for candidates to have experience with at least two of the following forms: 1065, 1120, or 1040, with a strong emphasis on federal tax knowledge. Pure state tax experience will not suffice for this position; we are specifically seeking individuals with expertise in federal tax matters.
