BSR Co Llp is looking for Senior - Tax DPP to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Provide high-level technical tax advice and support on complex tax matters, including interpretations of tax law, regulations, and standards. Develop and maintain tax policies, procedures, and guidance materials aligned with current legislation and firm practices. Act as a subject matter expert for internal teams, offering insights on tax planning, compliance, and reporting challenges. Monitor and analyze changes in domestic and international tax regulations, ensuring the firm's practices remain compliant and current. Lead the development and delivery of tax training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Review and contribute to technical documentation, opinions, and memoranda prepared by engagement teams. Collaborate with partners, legal teams, and other stakeholders to resolve complex client tax issues and support strategic decision-making. Participate in external forums, contribute to industry publications, and engage with regulatory bodies as a representative of the firm.
