Roles and Responsibilities Supervise stewards, waiters, baristas, bartenders, butlers, and other F&B staff to maintain high standards of hospitality. Coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure timely delivery of food orders during peak hours or special occasions. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role (banquet operations). Strong knowledge of buffet service, butler activities, bartending, barista skills.
