The Senior Specialist, Global Commercial Pharma Pipeline Analytics in the Human Health Digital Data and Analytics (HHDDA) team is responsible for developing and delivering data and analytics to generate strategic insights and address global brand leads business questions related to pharma pipeline investments and beyond G7 investments. This role involves partnering closely with global marketing, regional marketing, clinical and discovery, finance & enterprise strategy teams to support executive decision making through analytics support for clinical development, business development, and alliances/partnerships decisions. The Senior Specialist will collaborate with pipeline forecasting capabilities using real-world, market research, and financial data to establish analytics capabilities for early commercial marketing framework. They will lead the development of analytics capabilities for the pharma pipeline in assigned therapeutic areas such as infectious diseases/HIV, immunology, cardiovascular, and/or ophthalmology disease areas. Additionally, this role involves embedding enterprise go-to-market strategy in early commercial strategy for beyond G7 investments. Primary Responsibilities: - Develop commercial insights solutions, business cases, and market evaluation to support decision making for the pharma pipeline and business development. - Partner with global marketing teams, operations, and clinical to inform strategic reviews and increase commercial rigor through all phases of pipeline asset development. - Provide transparency and commercial insights on the pipeline portfolio related to market dynamics, competitive insights, patient journeys, and access considerations. - Lead benchmarking analytics to translate insights into recommended business actions for pipeline development choices. - Deliver hands-on analytics project with expertise in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization using various tools and technologies. Required Experience and Skills: - Bachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific, engineering, or business-related field. - 8+ years of overall experience and 4+ years of relevant experience in marketing, clinical development, commercial/advanced analytics, asset portfolio management, strategic planning, insights syndication within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. - Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in conducting secondary data analytics on large datasets using relevant skills. - Deep understanding and hands-on expertise in pharma commercial data ecosystem and visualization tools. - Experience in building patient analytics and patient journey from commercial and real-world datasets. - Strong communication skills, relationship-building, and influencing skills. Preferred Experience and Skills: - Experience in healthcare data, insights, and analytics. - Experience in Life Science or consulting industry. - Advanced degree preferred. - Therapeutic area experience in infectious diseases/HIV, immunology, cardio-metabolic, and/or ophthalmology/rare diseases preferred. - Global experience preferred.
