Senior Solution Architect - SAP PP/QM Modules

Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect / Presales Solution Architect with deep functional and architectural expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PPDS). This strategic role supports large enterprise digital transformation programs by defining robust, scalable manufacturing and quality-centric architectures that align with industry-specific supply chain goals. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the solution architecture and presales strategy for large enterprise opportunities involving SAP PP, QM, and PPDS modules. - Define end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing transformation roadmaps, incorporating shop floor integration, quality compliance, and detailed scheduling optimization. - Architect scalable, high-performance designs for discrete, process, and repetitive manufacturing scenarios across industries. - Participate in the full presales lifecycle : client discovery, solution workshops, RFP/RFI responses, estimation, value proposition creation, and orals. - Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., SD, MM, EWM, IBP, MES) to design integrated manufacturing solutions. - Stay current on SAP S/4HANA roadmap, embedded PPDS, and industry 4.0 trends, and incorporate best practices into proposals. - Drive solution differentiation by aligning SAP capabilities with client business objectives and KPIs (e.g., lead time reduction, cost efficiency, compliance). - Develop reusable assets such as solution templates, effort estimation models, and demo scripts for PPQM/PPDS opportunities. - Create standardized PPQM/PPDS presales kits and demo environments. - Influence the organizations digital manufacturing roadmap through industry-aligned innovations. - Establish trust and recognition from strategic clients as a go-to advisor for their production and quality transformation. Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. - 12+ years of SAP experience, with 8+ years in SAP PP, QM, and PPDS (including S/4HANA or APO background). Expertise in :

- SAP PP (Discrete, Process, Repetitive Manufacturing)

- SAP QM (Inspection Lot Processing, Quality Certificates, Audits)

- SAP PPDS (Heuristics, Planning Boards, Capacity Planning)

- Integration with MES, EWM, MM, SD, and IBP.
- Understanding of shop floor automation, advanced planning algorithms, and batch

traceability.
- Strong experience with S/4HANA embedded PPDS, and knowledge of legacy APO PPDS a plus. - Excellent communication skills able to lead workshops, present to CxOs, and articulate solution strategy clearly. - SAP certifications in relevant areas (PP, QM, PPDS) are a strong plus. Prior Experience :
- Architected or led at least 3 large-scale SAP transformation programs focused on manufacturing and quality domains. - Demonstrated success in presales, solution design, and business case development for large industrial clients. - Experience with digital manufacturing initiatives, including integration with MES systems (e.g., SAP ME/MII, Siemens, Rockwell) or shop floor devices. - Exposure to RISE with SAP, BTP-based extensions, or advanced analytics in manufacturing (e.g., predictive quality, OEE dashboards). - Familiarity with regulated industries (e.g., Life Sciences, Automotive, CPG) and related compliance frameworks is an advantage.
