Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable Java-based SaaS applications Implement secure authentication and authorization using Spring Security Lead the integration of JBoss BPM Suite (jBPM) for workflow automation Architect and build microservices-based systems aligned with best practices Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions Collaborate with product managers, QA, and DevOps teams Review code, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies Continuously improve application performance, security, and scalability Key Skills Required Mandatory Skills: Java 21 , Core Java Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Framework Microservices architecture JBoss BPM Suite (jBPM) Secure coding practices & RBAC CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.) Docker, Kubernetes Experience with cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, or GCP Good to Have: Python or R (integration or data processing) Apache Kafka, Apache Spark SQL/NoSQL database performance tuning Preferred Candidate Profile 6+ years of strong experience in Java & Spring ecosystem Experience in SaaS application development Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Comfortable working in Agile environments Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent Certifications in Java, Cloud, or DevOps (preferred but not mandatory) Work Location Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Candidates must be able to relocate or commute reliably before joining.
