Job Opportunity: Lead Generation Specialist Location: Coimbatore (Onsite) Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2+ years Salary: 5 8 LPA Are you a data-driven outreach expert who loves crafting personalized cold emails and turning prospects into real opportunities? Join a fast-growing global Digital Marketing Agency in Coimbatore and take your outbound sales game to the next level. Key Responsibilities: Build targeted prospect lists based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) Source and verify contact data using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Hunter, and Snov.io Write high-converting cold email sequences with personalized subject lines, body content, and CTAs Run and optimize email outreach campaigns using Lemlist, Instantly, or Mailshake Track key metrics (open, click, reply, conversion rates) and adjust strategies accordingly Perform A/B tests to improve engagement and response rates Engage with warm leads, answer queries, and book qualified meetings Maintain records in HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar CRM platforms Stay updated on the latest in email deliverability, compliance, and outreach trends Requirements: 2+ years in cold email outreach, sales development, or B2B lead generation Excellent written and spoken English Strong understanding of outbound sales and B2B buyer behavior Hands-on experience with email outreach tools and CRM platforms Highly organized with excellent research and analytical skills Comfortable working with KPIs and performance data Self-starter who can manage multiple campaigns independently Why Join Us?
