Senior Software Architect

Role & responsibilities :- Architectural Design : Lead the design and implementation of scalable and high-performance systems using modern technologies like Java, Node.js, Python, Angular, and AWS. Provide high-level and detailed designs for complex technical solutions. Microservices Architecture : Design and implement microservices-based architectures on AWS, ensuring efficient and fault-tolerant communication between services. Product Development : Work closely with product management to design, build, and deploy new products and features. Own the product architecture and design end-to-end solutions for the product lifecycle. Hands-on Development : Stay hands-on with coding, debugging, and building critical components of the system. Ensure best practices are followed in coding, performance, and security. Code Reviews & Quality Assurance : Lead code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainable design patterns. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality within the team. Problem Solving : Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting. Resolve complex technical issues and remove roadblocks that prevent the delivery of high-quality solutions. Leadership & Mentorship : Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, guiding them in best practices for architecture, design, and development. Lead by example in technical decision-making. Documentation : Create comprehensive documentation for architecture, design decisions, and system components. Ensure clarity in all technical documentation for future reference. Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Stay Updated : Continuously evaluate new technologies and frameworks to incorporate into the product, ensuring we remain ahead of the curve in terms of innovation. Preferred candidate profile :- Soft Skills : Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate technical details to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
