Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive – SEO to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, website traffic, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies aligned with company goals. Perform detailed keyword research and competition analysis to uncover opportunities for growth. Monitor and optimize website structure, internal linking, and site speed to improve SEO health and performance. Conduct regular SEO audits and fix technical SEO issues (e.g., crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content). Collaborate with the content team to develop and optimize landing pages, blog posts, and web content for search engines and user experience. Track and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Manage and build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Work closely with the tech and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented. Requirements: 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a fintech, travel, or e-commerce company. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. Proficient with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc. Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and website architecture. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data analysis. Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Nice to Have: Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms. Knowledge of ASO (App Store Optimization). Experience with schema markup and structured data. Familiarity with paid search campaigns and digital advertising. Why Join Us?
