Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our hearing aid products. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the hearing aid or medical/pharma field and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients (doctors, clinics, hospitals, and retailers)
• Promote and sell hearing aid machines and related accessories
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends
• Handle customer queries and follow up for post-sales support

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–4 years of sales experience in the hearing aid industry or medical/pharma field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to travel as needed
