Job Responsibilities and Skills • • • • Prospecting for business for the company in Respective Region. Conversant with bidding activities especially for Industrial Segments. Shall be responsible for key accounts handling. Establish and maintain a professional sales & Business Development culture. • • Ensure effective working relationships with staff, customers, vendors and contractors. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Proven ability to manage sales personnel, including leading, motivating and challenging people. • • Ability to successfully work within a team and manage change positively.
