The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in operational risk, internal controls, and Control Self-Assessments (CSA/RCSA). Key Responsibilities: Lead risk assessments and control testing across business functions Identify, evaluate, and remediate control gaps Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Prepare risk reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders Support audits and regulatory reviews Requirements: 8+ years in risk management, internal audit, or compliance (banking domain only) Strong knowledge of CSA, RCSA, and risk frameworks (e.g., COSO, Basel) Experience with GRC tools (e.g., Archer) and risk reporting Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
