Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead Mobile Development : Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms. Architecture & Design : Architect and implement reusable, modular, and scalable components and libraries. Performance Optimization : Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal app performance and responsiveness. Code Quality & Reviews : Conduct regular code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers to maintain high code quality. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to deliver seamless user experiences. API Integration : Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality. Deployment & Maintenance : Oversee the deployment process to the App Store and Google Play, and ensure timely updates and maintenance. Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation for codebase, architecture, and processes. Stay Updated : Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mobile development. Required Qualifications Experience : 812 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with at least 6 years focused on React Native. Technical Skills : Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. Deep understanding of React Native and its core principles. Experience with state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or Recoil. Familiarity with native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio) and deployment processes. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git). Knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles and responsive design techniques
