Indian Harness Industries is a leading manufacturer of high-quality automobile parts, dedicated to achieving excellence in design, production, and timely delivery. Known for our reliability and precision, we specialize in offering a wide range of components to OEMs such as Mahindra & Mahindra and SML Isuzu. As the Senior Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the planning, optimization, and supervision of manufacturing processes within sheet metal fabrication. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality output, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and enhancing sheet metal fabrication processes. - Creating production plans, routing, and work instructions. - Supporting new product introductions and ensuring manufacturability. - Monitoring machine performance and recommending upgrades or improvements. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - 7-10 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing. - Proficiency in various fabrication techniques.
