We are looking for a Senior Performance Tester Youll make a difference by: Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies (load, stress, scalability, endurance). Familiarity with monitoring tools and technologies (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, or AppDynamics). Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps) and integrating performance tests into build pipelines. Programming skills OOPS Jenkins Python Scripting Automation testing Basic javascript or any language Experience: 3+ years in performance testing, performance engineering, or a similar role. Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar). Key Responsibilities Develop Performance Test Strategies Execute and Monitor Performance Tests Analyze Results and Identify Bottlenecks Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams Develop and Maintain Testing Scripts and Automation Reporting and documentation Desired Skills: 5-8 years of experience is required. Great Communication skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills
